I only bet when I am at the track. I go to Keeneland for the Bluegrass Stakes and their October races.
Churchill too but I am partial to Keeneland.

HAHAHAHAHA that water is terrible. every time we bring someone to the track for the first time, we convince them that it's the saratoga tradition and they have to try it.
i hit all 11 races at GP yesterday, but it was pretty chalky. seemed like i had a longer-priced horse closing almost every race, but never quite got there. including a 16-1 shot that would have really bumped up my pick 6 payout. pretty sick to hit the pick 6 and only make $360.
pick 6 for $360? Thats disgusting.
I goto the dog track here sometimes and bet horses, and ev once in awile the dogs. But last dog I bet on had the race won coming to finish line and did an all out faceplant and finished last:facepalm: . Havent bet dogs since.

It is bad but I do drink a glass about once a month from the spring at SPAC....it's about 3 miles from my house you know the rest! :lol:

we had dinner up in your neck of the woods last night - harvest and hearth. pizza place right on the lake.
palmetto - yeah, 3 reasons it paid so little. 1) i only had it for 20 cents. 2) GP only pays half the pool unless there's only one winning ticket. 3) it was so damn chalky. i think the longest price all day was 4-1.
it sucks because i keep thinking about those longshots i had that came in second.... i don't know if it would have been enough to give me the only winning ticket (the pool was over $400K), but it sure would have given me a MUCH larger payout.
still i can't complain. that's the 2nd pick 6 i've hit in 6 months. now if i could just hit it on may 5....
