Why Baltimore is +205 not to make the playoffs..

The Colts already have the Wild Card locked up, so there is one spot remianing, plus the AFC East winner. I am assuming Baltimore loses tonight then beats Jax to end the year. So what happens if they end with 10 wins as well as NE, Miami and the Jets, how does the tiebreak work? That line just seems off to me.
