THE BOOK IS CALLED (AND YOU CAN ORDER IT FROM FACEBOOK ON TIM DONAGHY'S SITE, {He will chat with people on questions too}) is called BLOWING THE WHISTLE... IVE HEARD YOU CANT FIND IT ANYMORE, BECAUSE IT GOT BANNED, BUT WHATEVER....

If anyone needs a book to realize the NBA is the biggest profressional fraud league they haven't paid attention. It's not even basketball for the most part in my opinion. The refs completely control every game.

ABSOLUTELY.... AND THE BEST PART OF IT IS, (once you ACCEPT THAT AND REALLY REALLY KNOW GAMES ARE AND WILL BE FIXED), you then can begin to make some serious money...
I am not saying a 50 ftr at the buzzer to cover was planned, but say 5 out of 6 ft's on a 20 pt lead by LAL are missed by KOBE who was 15 of 16 earlier in the game, and because of those misses the opponent covers the game "miraculously"; and somehow, its the 80%+ of the PUBLIC who had LAL that night for example...
It sucked for a while after reading the book, to truly accept the facts I was reading about.... And the favortism; and that RAJA BELL (yes this is in the book) is one of the BEST DEFENSIVE PLAYERS EVER THIS DECADE, AND THAT, IF, games were CALLED LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED ACCORDING TO THE RULES WRITTEN IN THE NBA, PARTICULARLY, RAJA BELL VS KOBE BRYANT as an EXAMPLE, taken from the book:
"People pay to see superstars like KOBE SCORE POINTS..." Especially at home... IT SELLS TICKETS... HE MAKES REVENUE... We will call a foul 80% of the time when IT WASNT A FOUL AND WAS A CLEAR STEAL MAKING KOBE LOOK LIKE A FOOL 4 outta 5 times with BELL....
When I read this, I couldnt and didnt want to believe it... No one talks about HOW GREAT BELL IS.. SHIT, HE WAS ON MY JAZZ HOMETOWN TEAM.... But, its because DEFENSIVE PLAYERS DONT SELL TICKETS LIKE A SUPERSTAR DOES...
Now please understand, that I wasnt QUOTING EXACTLY FROM THE BOOK, THIS IS ME GIVING IMO a section of the book that SHOCKED ME...
Also, there is a ref, that if you fuck with him, or say shit about the reffing publicly a game before where this said ref was involved in "bad calls" and thats why a team lost, he will get REVENGE... And this is HOW:
He will call a foul, usually very early on said "bitching player".... and then in the 1st, said "bitching player" might get THE BENCH CUZ OF A 2nd.... THIS IS WHERE AND WHEN I KNEW THIS BOOK WAS FOR REAL WHEN IT HAPPENED IN A GAME THE FOLLOWING SEASON OF ME READING THE BOOK....
The ref will walk over and be standing by the BENCH where said "BITCHING PLAYER" will be sitting... He (the ref) will then PUT HIS HAND IN HIS PANTS GRAB HIS CROTCH AND GESTURE OR STARE AT THE PLAYER... ALL OR MOST PLAYERS ARE AWARE WHAT THAT MEANS... ALL CALLS WILL GO AGAINST YOU REST OF GAME... SAID PLAYER, is, FUCKED IN OTHER WORDS.... (another thing that stood out in the book big time; and it took only 3 games with that ref in there where he did it to TIM DUNCAN and I saw it EXACTLY HOW IT WAS DESCRIBED PLAY OUT.....) That was when I knew his book was TOTALLY TRUE (OR ENOUGH THAT ILL USE MY MONEY N BET ON IT)

Just want to say thanks for sharing your opinion and insight. Also for anyone interested like me, the book is titled "Personal Foul". Looks like the first publisher backed out under pressure from the NBA. Same book different title. Stay in the zone Bound!!:toast:

I usually read a lot of books by year, just the one i wants to read, I have never read anything about gambling or sports, never ever, and I just want give it a shot with this book, maybe not that good, but is intriguing me right now
