Didn't make it to puter in time.

First playable was the 2nd race, didn't get to post it and OF COURSE I did hit (zack) that race. I gotta post my ONE bestest plick for the day and actually play all the other playables from now on. :)

ok, this 4 th race is the plick for today anyway... no. 1 is the key. About 2 mins to post.

This is really something else ... Dang!

This is really something else ... Dang!

I'm pretty sure nobody got to profit from my BESTEST PLICK for today cause I don't think anybody was around and even WORSER.... I wasn't able to post way ahead of time. I gotta sleep sometime, ya know :(

I was all over this no. 1 hoss in this 4th race and I'll just leave it at that. Didn't bet with $10 and $20 but did with $5s for this race ($3 zacks).

Ratings for the 4th were, in order -- 1,4,10 and, personally I liked that no. 1 , Water Tower, A LOT. Prices ain't up yet.

Guess I'll just post EACH playable from this point on TILL LOSE A RACE and that's it for today. UGH!

So far, I ONLY got up to figuring up to the 5 th anyways; playablle were/are the 2nd, 4th (Oh YEAH), and the 5th. It would really be nice if I can POST this 5th wace wiener.

Let's see (I just turned on the puter to post that 4th race). OH BOY, top two rated are 3 (DANG, got sqwatched) and the no. 5 (7/5 right now). I'll be substituting the no. 4 for the sqwatched no. 3.

STOP, STOP, STOP

STOP, STOP, STOP

EDITED : i'M JUST SCREWING UP EVERYTHING TODAY, except for winning moola that is.
I WAS looking at the RATINGS for the 5th race and what I posted about the no. 3 getting scratched and the no. 5 was the other hoss IS CORRECT as far as RATINGS go.

BUT, there were KEY factors for the no. 6 in this race and I personally liked the no. 6 the most. So MY BETS were on no. 6 (finished 3rd) and no. 5 did win the race with those short odds. I also liked no. 9 a bit that was rated 4th. Guess what... ?.. I had to rush to get the bets in and my intentions were to add a no. 6 Win,Place, Show (4,4,8) and no. 9 to just win the race. What do I do when rushing to get it in... I bet the 6 Win/Place, they're just about loaded so I mistakenly put the no. 9 to show. FLUCK! (the 6 finished 3rd and the 9 ran out).

I'm gonna start figuring from the LAST race today, working backassward and see if there's something between the 7th and the last race. If I find something, I'll post it PROVIDED THERE'S AT LEAST 5 STINKIN MINS TO POST.

The good news, well, for me anyways, is that there's no way I go home a losah today after that there 4th race.

end EDIT .

Was looking at the wrong race...

NO. 6 is the key for this 5th wace, other hoss would be the no. 9

Sorry, I gotta stop posting ANYthing... 3 MIN. TO POST.

Got my act together for the 7th

Got my act together for the 7th

EIGHT min. to post and I doubled check what I gots here :)

8 top/bot 4,5,6 AND side bets on nos. 1,2 TO WIN, only. If ONE of these bet's win, it's gonna be a GREAT "lucky Tue$")

UT OH, no. 6 is a L@@KER, hmm... I'll leave ya with that one. I'm thinking of adding a 6 top/bot 1,2,4,5 for ONE stinkin dollar each.

There ya go.. . postem and losem

There ya go.. . postem and losem

Freakin Reid, you just cannot go against that trainer. Stll, I was really worried about that one ESP. with Ritvo riding. Ratings said the best that one could do was run 4th. Only solace is that I woulda hadda wheel that one cause there was no way I could come up with the no. 10.

Terrible.

Gonna check out the 9th; it looks playable.

Some prices at this twack, $326 zack and $2942 tri.. . all ya gotta do is pickit. Funny how everybody goes running after that Breeder's Cup fiasco for the prices. There is absolutely NO COMPARISON in the amount of LUCK you gotta have to win with those CLONES vs. figuring out the Philly Park dirt bags. It's "breeders cup day" prices quite often at this twack. Admittedly, there are periods of favorite mania at Philly from time to time and they are pretty tough to get through. Those modes usually don't last long though.

Finale

Finale

Mentioned the B.C. races... does this race look like a Breeders Cup field of dirt bag CLONES or what? Really impossible to come up with a wiener. Couldn't believe the ratings I came up with. Hmmm, I dunno bout this race?? :mj03:

Fosho, this race ain't getting much of the 4th race moola.. but the ratings got one of these dirt bombs on top by A LOT. That would be no. 2, Candy Tunes, currently at 5/1. I'll be keying that one with ONE stinkin dollar exotics. May add a trifecta with that one on top and in the second spot? Others that go with it will come from the Looker (prerace looks) thingy.

Key is no. 2 and side action is on nos. 4,9 either Win, only or W/Pl.

Plenty of time till post.

HUH?

HUH?

WTF?
A POSTED wiener! Posted with more than enough time to get it in too, DANG.

Everything went right for this race ... played that one with 4 others and went a little heavier on the "MAGIC" nos. 2<->6.

Ain't Tue$days wonderful? :)

Jimbo - What area of Florida are you in?
I am only asking in that I was in Plantation golfing for a few days last weekend....I managed a trip down to Gulfstream to see the last 6 races on the Donn Handicap card on Saturday.
I believe you indicated you are close to Gulfstream. It is a beautiful place, but the traffic is a nightmare. I understand it was a big day given the Donn, but getting out of there was brutal, and even the traffic all the way up and down from Plantation on a Saturday was incredible.
It's a beautiful, but very BUSY area!!

Thanks for stopping in, Sharky

Thanks for stopping in, Sharky

Last time I made the trip to Gulfstream was about 7 or 8 years ago. At that time, it wasn't bad at all except for when you got close to the track on Federal Hwy. I'm sure the traffic congestion is pretty bad this season because (1) Saturday and the Donn Handicap, and maybe even more so... the tourist influx THIS YEAR. I think the terrible winter up north has something to do with that. We got bad traffic where I am this year, worst I've seen since I'm here. Still nothing compared to Hallendale to Miami.

I'm actually about 80+ miles NORTH of the Gulfstream area ... Port St. Lucie (winter home of the NY METS :) ) NOT that I'm a Met fan but I've gone to the ballpark to see them a no. of times. Not nearly as much activity where I'm at ESP. when I got down here in the late 80's. This year it's just unreal ... the amount of "snowbirds/visitors" down here and I'm sure it must be a ZOO the further south you go.

Tellya, I thought I was in paradise my first few yrs. down here and still love it but you know how that works cause now I'm TOO USED TO BEING PAMPERED BY THE PALM TREES, OCEAN (I'm about 5 miles away from the that), and the great weather. Although, we, down here , are "suffering" from the cold temps this year that we've become NOT used to at all... about 70 in the daytime and a "bitterly" low mid 40s at late night.

I gotta visit Gulfstream again soon. BTW, when I first came down here I made sure I went to Hialeah and that is EASILY the most beautiful track/grounds that I've ever seen even though it started to get worn down even back then. And I've seen my share of wace twacks too. Man, that place musta been heaven on earth in the 50s, 60s.

Good luck whatever track you play, Sharky.

Sorry I didn't see your post, 65

Sorry I didn't see your post, 65

I haven't been around these parts ever since Philly started the cancellations crap. I actually did play about 6 races since my last post and cashed ONLY ONE mutha-jumpin ticket (mid size exacta). My "ratings" have been missing the exactas like crazy ever since the nags got their schedules mixed up with all the dang cancels. I was doing pretty good before they started that crap.

Hope you're hitting one of them BALL type sports, like maybe college baskets :), SixFive.

Wasn't planning on posting anything for today (Sunday) mostly cause I came up with favorites for today and I ain't that confident at all with the plicks. Guess, I'll postem since I'm here....

7th race AT PHILLY OF COURSE: No. 4, Legomyborrego (whatever the hell that means) is top rated and I also noted that Double Two's fav. jockey is onboard as well. :)
There's a tie for the second rated hoss's ... nos. 2,3. My bets for this race look very amateurish; they are 3,4 top/bot (exactas) 1,2,5 AND I will make a side bet on either or both on the 2 and 4 provided the one or both of them has odds greater than their morning line at one minute to post. Really looks like dumb betting, but I like the chances of hitting BOTH the wiener and the exacta.

8th race: Nos. 2 and 7 are top rated and I'll be using these in zactas after seeing what the others L@@K like in the prerace stuff. I'm hoping the no. 6 and/or 9 look good cause they should be pricey.

BTW, the Mets are in town these days, 65. I haven't had a chance to visit them and doubt I'll get to one of their games this preseason. Without a doubt, Port St. Lucie was the place to be over this past winter.... but, we've been touching the 90 degree mark lately :0041

Good luck MJers and thanks for trekking to this horse room to pay me a visit, SixFive.

Sunday result

Sunday result

OK, for the 7th....
the four nos. for the zacks I posted weould made up the ZUPPA (I dont think this race was a Superfecta jobbie anyways). Bottom line is that I hit the measly exacta and lost a few bucks on the race.

8th - no. 7 was the wiener ($11.40). Guess what?... I wheeled that no. 7 on top (2 dollar tix); well almost. I also played the no. 2 the same way with ONE stinkin dollar zacks on top of the same hosses I put under the no. 7.

EVERY freakin thing went down hill from there cause I did leave out 2 hosses to go with the no. 7 and thems were the 1 AND THE MUTHA JUMPIN 5. FLUCK! The 7/5 zack paid $86. Also somebody got burnt much worser than I did cause the dang no. 2 dropped to EVEN moola on the last click of the oddboard. They musta put a shitload to win on that one when they saw the generous odds on the 2 only a few clicks of the odds ago just like I did.

Any good news? ... yeah, I did put 5 stinkin dollars on that no. 7 to win. You know, just in case I screwed up with the zacks which was exactly what I did. Don't know what I was thinking.... just as easy to add the nos. 1 and 5 under the 7. SHEESH! I just wasn't that interested in today's runners and I was in a rush when I bet that race.

Didn't care for today's card; hope tomorrow will have a better one.
