I think you're in the wrong thread. This thread isn't about discrediting Bush. The point of this thread was to discredit Dems by presenting some evidence that Iraq had chemical weapons in 1995 and that Saddam wished he had nuclear weapons. The problem is, no Dems ever said these things weren't true so it doesn't make a lot of sense.

As for Hilary, I don't know a lot of Dems who want her to be President. Honestly, I don't. I guess she has a lot more fans up north, but personally, I hope somebody else gets nominated. Maybe McCain will switch parties (a guy can dream, right?).

can you blame them? If Saddam had the BOMB he would still be in Iraq. I think Iran will get the BOMB and get the US off their back. The US will not invade a country that has the BOMB. Like Iraq, Iran is planning to sell their oil in Euros starting next month instead of dollars, that should be a bigger worry than them having the BOMB. The US made a deal with OPEC, they would protect them in exchance OPEC would sell their oil only for US dollars, so anyone who buys oil must use US dollars to do so. Now looks like all that is about to change. So if war kicks off with Iran it won't be about nukes, it's about oil and dollars!!!
