South Dakota St -6 over Denver ******
Jackabbits have won 11 of 12..of course the loss was to SD...they are 8-1 in conf and 20-6...Denver is 10-13 and is coming off a blowout loss to IPFW 91-63..the Jackrabbits have won 3 in a row since their SD loss..about 3 weeks ago the beat Denver at home 94-73...the past few games they beat them 83-73,88-4 and 91-82...in those games the 6'8 Jackrabbit named Baum had 33,30 and 30...Jenkins had 27...Jack's have Tellin and King that can also score..Denver has 2 solid players in Rogsa and Amigo but are out manned..Baum is a bad matchup for them..he can score inside and outside..they avg 85 pts a game...Denver just gave up 91 a few nites ago ...double digit rd win for the Jackrabbits..

The class of the Summit conf...beat the Coyotes already..avg 80 pts a game...solid team that can score and play defense...

Niagara -8 over Quinn ***
Purple has won 8 of 10...one of the top scoring teams in the country until they played Peter in NJ..Scott,Dukes so tough to stop..at home.. Quinn has Young who can score...Daniels was good until he gained 60 pounds and is so slow...Kelley is nice...but Quinn defense is going to ahve problems with the Puple gds...to quick and athletic...Quinn is coming off a Rider blowout 74-59... Purple won by 8 @ Quinn..think Purple can win by double digits at home...
Iona -8.5 over Monmouth **
Iona has won 8 of 10...avg over 80 pts a game..Monmouth has lost 6 of 8...have lost 5 straight conf games on the rd..they still have Seaborn who is probably the best player out there but not enough around him...Tigh and Hammonds ae playing better though.. Iona has McGill one stud..then you roll the dice to see who excells...Much one nite..Cashmeir the next..Ido inside is solid..but Griffin looked amazing in last game...Crawford can score...who knows because their coach sure doesn't....it always comes down to defense and since the hawks defense is also suspect I'll take Iona at home...

Griifs can win this conf..Saints since kicking off Rico have no double digit scorers...Crumpton has been a
force...scoring,rebounding,etc Reese has avg 16 pts,4 bds and about 4-5 assists.. these guys love the 3...Reese has 53 tre's made...2 other players have 35 and another 2 have 25 each.....think the griffs see they are close to the top seed in the MAAC and no maybe the favorite...don't think they stumble tonight at

Broncos are 10-2 in the MAAC..are avg 80 pts a game..at home..already beat Manhattan away 82-76.. Vaughan,Scott,Allan scoring..but who stirs the drink, Stevie Jordan the pt gs..smooth,quiet and can pass..he avg 6 assists a game...controls the tempo..MC is so inconsistent..they have some talent but are not putting it all together...

Tough game..Geo has some scorers...at home..dangerous...Simonds is best player out there..Mitchell was named POweek in Sun..Simonds the week before..they have won 9 str..but Laf has won 10 str and are 20-3...like those big gds and have more inside depth..Bartley 4 and co have to bring heir A game..small play because the line is almost right on...more sentimental play since the Cajuns have been so good to me...
