South Korean gymnastics protest question

This protest of the gold medal being given to the American Hamm instead of the South Korean because of a judging error reminds me of something. Wasn't it at the Seoul Olympics that a USA boxer got royally screwed by the judges which led to the scoring they do now (3 judges all hit a button on a scoring punch and if unamimous, a point is scored and a running total is visible on tv)? Does anybody remember that?

same thing happened to a Canadian Syncro swimmer in Barcelona......judge punched in a 6.9 instead of a 9.6 ............

my opinion is that the South Korean should get the gold......after all he did earn it..........just my opinion...........I wonder how Hamm feels????
