Everything has stopped at this point. More showers expected tommorow. Not supposed to get above freezing but a few hours over the next few days so it looks like we will be dealing with this stuff the majority of the week.

Okay so I owe Glenn Burns(local coin flipper) an apology. This has been as bad as he said it could be. The only saving grace is that the icing quickly turned to snow which saved the power outages from falling trees and such. BTW all you chuckling snowbirds now know how us southern folk feel when we hear about those northern city in the grips of a Heatwave.

As a side not, we are in a la nina(~:shrug: ) which indicates warmer winter for these parts. That said, we have had 2 major snow events(relativly speaking) in the past 3 weeks with below average temps. Wierd
