going to make the 25 minute drive to the game myself this weekend....if you haven't been to ND before, I would spend the majority of your time on campus, there is plenty to see and do, the grotto, the dome, the JACC (has a lot of ND football history on display here), etc....gameday at ND is awesome. If you are coming into town before saturday, the college football hall of fame is also a great place to visit and it is right down the road from campus....it costs $10 and is a great way to spend a couple of hours. As far as after the game, The Linebacker is a great bar....so is Corby's (the bar in Rudy).....as far as eating establishments, I would call the South Bend chamber of commerce and tell them what type of atmosphere you are looking for and they should be able to point you to what you want better than I can.
