I usually bet more unders but I like the over here. We're midway thru June, and this will be the White Sox' first game on artificial turf this season. They already are questionable defensively, and will probably need a game or two to get adjusted to the faster surface. Wright is coming off a good start but he is a groundballer; 10 or more GB outs in each of his last 3 starts. That's great on a grass field; not so good on artificial. I've not overly crazy about Philly, as they've lost Wolf's last 4 starts and the RH power in the Sox lineup should be able to plate some runs.
