Geno, I also had a problem with Royal around FB time. Their site was super slow, but then they were rather new to online. Still, I am impressed with the time and $ they took to have their unique software developed, and understand they've added/upgraded their servers since then.
But gotta keep the wagering # handy or on speed dial just in case any site's inaccessible. (Stayed "loyal to Royal" since they have some of the best phone clerks/customer service in the industry.)
