6 months ago on my wife's tsx.

I didn't realize the jack was not working properly and the car fell off the jack right when I was about to put the new tire on....right onto the brake disc, etc. I thought the entire axel was toast. I guess I should stick to fixing teeth :)

I will relate some information that my wifes cousin told me about. He is a long distance truck driver.

All of the rubber that you see on the expressways comes from retread truck tires.

He tells me that if you are beside a semi rig and a tire blows out as you are passing, it can literally break your car window, strike you in the head, and funeral arrangements follow.

I had never heard that one before.

His advise was not to stay next to semi truck for any extended length of time.:scared

that' no joke, I was going around a semi on the interstate, hot as hell, and his tire blew, sounded like a bomb went off. I hit the brakes slide, into the steering wheel,

b/c I shit myself,moon1 :em38:

and almost wrecked the car. Rubber was flying everywhere,

It took 30 minutes for me to regain 'composure'

Don't think too much of me. I only did it to give myself good tire karma!!:00hour

I'm gonna try to get around here a little bit more often, my man.... not that anyone's going to get real excited about that.

Business has been crazy, starting the second company, and now having two kids at home.... WHEW!

Sure miss the place, though, when I start reading some of the funny shit people post, and even funnier when people get pissed about some dumb ass remarks!

My guess is you are a nice looking gal.

"Bigger", and ugly gals don't get such good results.

I remember a piece that one of the networks did a few years back with a model. She was made up in a "fat suit" to add quite a bit of weight, and her face was dressed down a bit.

They left her on the busy street with a very cumbersome suitcase, and she was having quite a hard time dragging it around. Almost EVERYONE passed her by without a second thought! (A few kind souls offered to help, but not many)

Next, they dressed her up, and took off the fat suit, and holy smokes!!!! The guys fell over backwards to help her out!!!!!

What a bunch of turds!
