I would have a hard time believing that.
Their site is functioning and my account balance is correct. I played there last night. I have always thought they were a solid place to bet.
I haven't requested a payout from them recently so I can't say for sure, but someone probably just lost a lot of money to them and now think they have to trash them.

I use them often and never had a problem, havnt had a pay out this year but never had any troubles last year. Saw they will match any donation to the red cross also.
I have an old account with them and it has a prop bet on the major league baseball season total wins for the Red Sox (which will be a winner --under 89), and it still shows active in my account.....
