After making crabcakes this evening, I had about 4 oz of lump crabmeat left. I gently belnded in a teaspoon of your peppercorn & chive aioli, a couple of dashes of old bay and a squeeze of lemon juice for acidity. I just ate a pair of the most delicious lettuce wraps ever.
I am nearly out of aioli, and only have 2 jars of cocktail sauce left. Almost time to restock:0008
