I use WWTS,CARIB, and OLYMPIC they are all good but right now CARIB is experiencing problems with their new system.
Use sportsbook.com, no problems with payouts or anything "standard"
Not too many exotics on there or smaller college hoops. Only 1-2 player props per game as well.
Good free contests on there, I don't know too much about other sites, but they have a daily for at least $1000, plus bonus.

Carib. Olympic & Pinnacle.......all very reputable & client friendly
