Both need to be shit canned. Ravens and Chargers would have made some noise I feel in the playoffs instead of the Steelers and Raiders. They both have made horrific decisions on 4th downs and going for two point conversions the entire season and caught up to them both. The Raiders are idiots if they don?t offer this coach the job for next season tonight!

Which makes zero sense when you have the best kicker in the game take your chances with OT. I was a little surprised Staley didn?t go for 2 there as kicking the extra point made sense!

exactly...harbaugh lost 4 games down the stretch by a total of 5 points.....in those games he consistently eschewed sure field goals to go for tds...he eschewed sure extra oints that would have enabled o.t. to go for two and the win.....he left waaaay more than 5 points off the board in those games and if we`d even won one game of the four,we probably would have made the playoffs......every instance where he gambled unnecessarily,he failed...every one...no law of averages here...he coached in panic mode 24-7....

just an incredible run of f-ckuppery....

2 complete fucking idiots and no I didn't lose $$$ because of their decisions. In fact, I made some. I am assuming the decisions were analytics based but still not good football decisions. Aren't analytics based on mathamatical probabilities over time? I suppose if you have the opportunity to make the same call 100,000 times the percentages are with you but that's not reality. Just plain dumb.

I have been shouting at my Dad for years that Harbaugh is the worst in-game coach in the league. Always makes terrible decisions on 4th down, challenges, wasting TOs in the second half, etc. I watch every game with him and I did not think it could get any worse. I was wrong, this year was a freaking disaster. He lets his coordinators do whatever they want and just panics when he has to make any kind of game deciding decision. A coach's job is to put his team in the best position to win. By any means, Harbaugh fails at this on game day.

They won't fire him, but Roman has to go. Wink may get a head coaching job and I pray they bring Flores in. The fact that he was fired is everything that is wrong with the NFL. Who does more with less talent? The guy can flat out coach and will have a job very fast. Ross is a horrific owner.

Staley thinks he is a "new school" coach. Somehow they think the game of football has changed and they are smarter than everyone else. He personally cost them at least 2 games. He and Kingsbury have great teams that deserve better coaches.
