Stanford is #5 ?

just an opinion here of course. dont want to make anyone mad, but I believe they are top 5-8 for sure.
they are playing the 4th ranked team who has two corners that would both start for any team in the country. and a overall defense that is actually comparable to some of the best in the nation.
if they were stuck on 17 and playing a bowl game vs a team Like Rice or ULL then that would be one thing....but Mich st makes a lot of teams look like this.
Ohio st had won nearly 30 straight games....I don't care what conference you are in, you are a dominant team that is loaded if you win almost 30 straight.....and mich st beat them....
I know this was a comment directed towards Stanford, but my argument would be that they are playing a great team today....

Stanford should be top 10, but they are running into an underated MSU team that have improved as the season goes on. Just like every year, which means a quality coach. They could give FSU and AU all they could handle.
I just talk a lot can't get mad over a football game,but Stanford wouldn't know how good those cornerbacks are they haven't thrown enough

Been saying it all night long just brutal play calling. Someone needs to ask "Coach, why did you keep running the ball when it was clearly not working?":mj07:
yeah...i`m not sure,given the situation,i`ve ever seen more conservative play calling than this....even navy would have been throwing the ball in that situation......on the 4th down,not sure initially whether they even had anyone lined up wide....
mich st was stacking the line and daring them to throw...
