I strongly agree with his Temple pick this week, especially now that they are at -3. They are desperate to get into a bowl game after dropping 3 in a row (5 of their last 6) and I love the situation. I think they're defense wins this one for them and Tulane hasn't beaten anyone of note this season. Just my .02

Tulane did beat Houston at Houston as 17 point dogs, but your probably right. Two offensively challenged teams with 2 pretty decent defenses, especially Temple. May go into overtime tied 0-0.

I saw your lean to Tulane, which is the only thing that gives me pause on this play. You're right though, the under may be the best bet in this game.
