Did any one see the ending of the CU/ISU game yesterday--2 made fg's 51 yds and 56 yds and neither counted-weird.

Didn't see it, Hawkeye, but it was all over the papers today. If I cared enough, I'd try and catch it on the news--but it is the Cy-clowns....:mj07:

Another ugly win yesterday--that 2nd half was nightmare--just our worthless offensive coordinator sitting on a lead....

Yes and yes, Hawkeye. I'll be on W Mich +14, but I think there is enough motivation to get the win, however ugly it is going to be.
Rumor around IC is that with a win Iowa will play in the Insight Bowl on New Years Eve in Phoenix. Time will tell....

Talked to a buddy who was at the ISU game (huge ISU fan, was student body president while there and is now on the board of directors for their foundation). He said that they were both clearly the right calls. He's usually pretty honest on these things.

Anyway, I didn't get to go to the Iowa game saturday and didn't see much of it because of a wedding. Sounded brutal on the radio though. I sure hope JC improves or it will be a long couple of years ahead.
