I have just read a new business book that I believe may be THE most important for anyone to read who currently owns or plans to start their own business.
E Myth Revisited
My two business partners and I are actually going to start their coaching sessions in the next month or so. It doesn't matter what type of business you own, the principles in this book can/should be used by every business owner.
Just wanted to post this because I see people on here talking about starting businesses here all of the time. Even though our company is profitable and doing well, I fully believe we would be doing better at this point if we had read this 5 or 6 years ago.
