had a young guy come to me when I was out on a job site looking for a job as a welder. he had tats on his arms and neck. told me he had been in trouble and was trying to get straightened out with a job where he could earn money every week.
I told him to come to the job site in the morning and I would put him with a Foreman and he could learn a trade.
