I'm not sticking up for the caddy. I don't even know his name. My disdain is strictly for Smith's egocentric attitude towards everything and everyone that isn't someone that can help him in the business or doesn't treat him like he's a gift to educated fans.
Smith's rants rarely change the rhetoric only the subject. Same senseless crap, Think about it, what does he contribute to spurts reporting or journalism? He doesn't break stories or do investifative work, so what's he good for except diminishing people he knows nothing about.
Actually, he still breaks stories even though he's transitioning from journalist to entertainer. Historically, he has broken a high volume of stories, particularly in the nba where he has been on the pulse forever. LeBron to Miami was a story broken by him.
Either way, I like smith, but I totally understand why so many don't. I'm not going to be discussing smith going forward, so you guys have at it.
