Yes Toledos D blows but whos D in the MAC is tolerable, sure isn't NIU : NIU lost two more starters last week vs Wis and was physically destroyed and is on their 5th road game in last 6 played. Being short on bodies and long on travel I see them just running on empty to stay around for full 60 mins.
