The Jets are starting to look pretty good now as well

As Per Rotoworld:
Jonathan Wade will be the Bengals' starting cornerback opposite Leon Hall on Thanksgiving.
It's a nightmare situation in the Bungles' back end. Reggie Nelson and Nedu Ndukwe will get the nods at safety, and neither was a starter last week. SS Roy Williams (concussion) is out, and FS Chris Crocker (torn knee ligament) is on injured reserve. It's hard to imagine the Bengals stopping Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards on Thursday.

As per NFL Network:
The Bengals will make a game-time decision on QB Carson Palmer's availability for their Thursday night game against the Jets.

Palmer practiced Wednesday but is nursing an injured foot. A source told NFL Network's Michael Lombardi that the foot still hasn't healed and Palmer will be a game-time decision.

Palmer is listed as probable on the team's injury report and wore a protective boot on Monday and Tuesday. He has made 26 consecutive starts. His backup is his brother, Jordan Palmer.

all i have to say is WOW.. Kasay hits the left upright and the Brownies win!!

And with that lucky break, I am still alive! :00hour

On to this week... I am looking at the following (must pick 2)

Minny v. Buffalo
Seattle v. Carolina
SD v. Oakland (might look to save SD here)
Miami v. Cleveland
Chicago @ Detroit

initial leans are Minny and Seattle... looking to the forum for thoughts

Goodluck to all! :0074

Chicago Bears vs Lions
Bears are on a roll, while the Lions are down to their third-string QB Drew Stanton this week.
Chicago 27 Detroit 17

Buffalo Bills vs Vikings
The Bills have been a covering machine since ousting Trent Edwards...close!
Minnesota 23 Buffalo 20

Miami Dolphins vs Browns
The Browns came inches away from losing to the Panthers last week.
Miami 23 Cleveland 16

San Diego Chargers vs Raiders
The Chargers are double digit favorites and on their annual late season roll!
San Diego 31 Oakland 17

Seattle Seahawks vs Panthers
Panthers came close last week but must travel west and face the Seahawks 12th man this week.
Seattle 27 Carolina 17

I really like San Diego and either Chicago or Seattle, but since you want to save the Bolts I'd go with the Bears and Seahawks.

Good Luck!

Carolina win.

Why would you take a team who have given up over 800 rush yards in the last 5 weeks?

Won't at all be surprised if both Buff and the Brownies win.

SD is the pick...Bears win at home later on.

EDIT: Just to add to that, NO and NYG both win, have you used them yet?

Because they are playing the WORST team in the league with a 0-5 road record going into a snakepit againts a team that rides it's 12th man at home.
Final:
Seattle 31-14

Yep...I sure no-one in with a shot of a couple of hundred grand took any notice of me! :sadwave:

(Although, NO and NYG both win, so 50% is pretty good huh? :0008 )

Yup, I must admit that I was shocked when you posted Carolina as a survivor pick because I know you have a solid reputation for doing your homework.

I learned along time ago that If you bet on bad teams you usually get bad results.
