For the information on road teams after a certain month on a four plus road trip and how to bet them and figure them out. I believe there was a under play on these games also......

Or did I just dream that it was on this site??????

NBA ROAD SYSTEM HALVES / ATS
2008- 09

(EXPLANATION REVISTED FOR 08- 09)

THE PLAN: The idea of the nba road system (halves/ats) is to play against a road team that is out of its comfort zone and with the fatigue factor to consider, so we play up to the last 6 halves with the last half being optional of a 3 or more games road trip. Stop the series when a cover is made by the home team. Find your best line for the first half and if the first half loses bet at half-time for the 2nd half. Our road teams that we do not play can vary from year to year. Betting progression: To win one unit... double bet plus juice until it covers. See below for more details.

RULES FOR THE ROAD SYSTEM WITH HALVES (ATS)

1. Bet against the road team (ats) on a road trip of three or more games.
2. Play up to the LAST 3 games of a road series until a cover is made. Of course on a 3 game road trip it would all 3 games. (see below for more details)*
3. Find your best line for the first half and if it does not cover place your bet at half-time for the second half for the second play of the series. If there is still a no cover after two plays, your third play would be the first half of the second game of the series and etc.
4.Betting progression: the goal is to win one unit. (see below for more details)
5. No play road teams (optional)for this season includes: BOS,DAL,DET,LAL,NO,ORL,SA,UT
6. Any series that starts before the christmas break must conclude by dec. 22 or it is a no play.
7. Series games must be 3 games or less between games or the series is a no play.
8. NO PLAYS THE FIRST 10 DAYS OF THE SEASON.
9. The main problem with this system: You must be available to make half-time wagers.

* 6 game series ... start with the 4th game of the series
* 5 game series ... start with the 3rd game of the series
* 4 game series ... start with the 2nd game of the series
* 3 game series ... start with the 1st game of the series

BETTING PROGRESSION TO WIN ONE UNIT (based on -110)

First play .......... risk 1.1 to win 1.0
Second play .... risk 2.3 to win 2.1
Third play ......... risk 4.85 to win 4.41
Fourth play ...... risk 10.2 to win 9.26
Fifth play .......... risk 21.4 to win 19.46
Sixth play ......... optional

EXAMPLE SERIES: ATL @ LAC, GS, SEA

1st play: atl @ lac (1st half) risk 1.1 to win 1.0 ........ results - loss
2nd play: atl @ lac (2nd half) risk 2.3 to win 1.0 ...... results - loss
3rd play: atl @ gs (1st half) risk 4.85 to win 4.41 .... results - win

The series ends with a cover on the 3rd play for 1 unit won.

** The no play teams are optional. The schedule will include all teams.

NBA BACK TO BACK ROAD SYSTEM
(REVISTED FOR THE 08-09 SEASON)

B2B/ATS / B2B/UNDER

THE IDEA: The impact of the fatique factor is one of the major if not the most important part of the road system. The idea of back to back games, games played in consecutive days of a road trip starting with the third game or more of a road series could be the highest point of the fatique factor. I researched the idea that it would be difficult for road teams to cover the spread and the over for totals for 6 consecutive games if we placed back to back games of all teams in sequence based on date of each game. The plan is that the home team will cover the spread and the under for totals on the 2nd gm only of the back to back games based on the below rules. Same rules apply for this chase system as compared to other road system plays. In this plan, we are chasing a situation and not a team. We have placed all plays in one huge system and after a unit is won the series starts over with the next scheduled game. It is like having one long road trip and doing restarts on a continuous basis for the entire season. This will give up to 6 games for every series and will eliminate all pushes.

RULES:
**The first and only back to back game starting with the 3rd game of each road series (see # # below).
** All teams included. There are ZERO no play teams with this system
** No more than one gm per day for each catergory (ats/totals).
** Back to back games placed in sequence by date.
** No plays in April.
** No new series with less than 6 games left or 7 with the proposed plan (see below)
** Tie-breaker: When more than one game is schedule for the same day, the deepest game of a road series is the first option.

4TH GM PLUS / UNDER

THE IDEA: It is similar to the B2B system. We have placed all plays in sequence of the 4th game and more of road trips. Again, we are not chasing a team but a situation.Instead of having a gradual move to a fatique factor game, every play is a potential fatique factor game.

THIS SEASON I WILL DEFINTELY USE THESE 4 FULL GAME SYSTEMS...B2B/ATS (h), B2B/UNDER, 4TH GM PLUS/ATS (h), 4TH GM PLUS/UNDER.

OPTIONAL: Our main system plays for full games last season were B2B/ ATS, B2B/UNDER, and 4TH GM PLUS/UNDER. But looking into these situational chases with these road system plays, it has caused inconsistency preventing extended winning streaks regardless of the play. My research of this for the last 5 years indicated this and with some good results (see below).

The idea of taking the total based units that I used last season with the 3 systems and divide it among 8 systems would keep the total base units the same and reduce the risk at the same time plus it would give an extra play in the betting progression with less risk. Only 3 series went to the 7th play in the last 3 years with the 8 systems. THIS IS JUST AN IDEA! ( THINKING OUT LOUD)! The only loss last season with full games would have won with this idea.

PLAN: Use multiple books and reduce the size of units to give you more plays in the betting progression without adding additional risk. Increasing full game systems plays from 3 to 8 to offset the reduce units to give the same potential winnings. The system plays would include B2B/ATS (home), B2B/ATS (visiting), B2B/UNDER, B2B/OVER, 4TH GM PLUS/ATS (home), 4TH GM PLUS/ATS (visiting), 4TH GM PLUS/UNDER and 4TH GM PLUS/OVER.

RESEARCH:

Proposed Systems:
Year.................... B2B...................4TH GM PLUS ..................TOTALS
2007-08.............94 - 0...................147 - 0...................................241 - 0
2006-07.............89 - 0...................151 - 0...................................240 - 0
2005-06............106 - 0..................176 - 0...................................282 - 0
2004-05............100 - 0..................175 - 1...................................275 - 1
2003-04.............90 - 1....................140 - 1...................................230 - 2

TOTALS............479 - 1..................789 - 2...................................1268 - 3

COMMENTS:

The last 3 years, you would have faced the 7th play in the betting progression only 3 times but it covered each time (3 out of 763 times which is only .004). Less than one-half of one percent of the time which is not too bad! There were 3 losses in the last 5 years with 2 of the 3 losses were with the 4th gm plus/over. One in 2003-04 and one in 2004-05 seasons. Again, compared to last season, the risk would be less with 7 plays in the betting progression with this idea than with 6 plays that I used last season. This research info looks good and I will consider it but I am just reluctant of playing both sides of a bet!

Although I have had good success with this over the years, I realize that this type of betting is not for everyone and we have our share of bashers. If you are new to this and decide to try any of these road systems....GOOD LUCK!!!

Thank you for all that work that was awsome and will help. It is different then the one I was talking about but makes sense i see that if you stick to it you will make some serious money. A 25 dollar unit player would make well over 7500 one year.

Something to use and look at

Trukin do you use this system every year????? or is it something you found?????

I have never used it I was thinking about it. I found this somewhere else. No work just copied & pasted it.
Here is some more info on the 1st system

Somebody asked
How'd this system work out for you guys last year if you don't mind me asking?

Answer
SUMMARY (LAST 5 SEASONS)
2007-08..........90 - 2
2006-07..........83 - 1
2005-06.........108 - 1
2004-05..........99 - 0
2003-04.........102 - 0

Every season has been profitable but last season had the smallest profit margin.

Then somebody asked
this is my first time really looking at a system like this. You say last season had the smallest profit margin for this system with 90-2... that looks awesome, but I might not fully understand what I'm reading. What did 90-2 translate in to units?

Answer
If a series does not cover in 5 plays in this betting progression, you lose around 40 units based on -110. Last season the profit was only 10 units. But of course in other years, it was over 100 units. You have to look at this over the long term.

My Opinion
Thats the bad news you go 90-2 and only win 10* on the year so its kind of risky imo but on the other hand you play it for 1/2 the year and your up big and just stop playing it before you give it all back. (hopefully you start off on the + side)

i found this off another site its same guy different name but this looks like the results for everything last year. He also mentioned not playing halves because to time consuming. I think game would be better otherwise you got to watch every freakin game to know when its halftime

Nba Road System

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LAST UPDATE FOR THE 2007-08 SEASON..............

NBA ROAD SYSTEM / 2007-08 SEASON IS COMPLETED...

UPDATED SERIES RECORDS THRU 3/31/08 (FINAL UPDATE)

HALVES / ATS.....................90 - 2 (0 PENDING)( +9.38 units)
BACK TO BACK / UNDER.....24 - 0 (0 PENDING)(+24.00 units)
BACK TO BACK / ATS..........23 - 1(0 PENDING) (-61.78 units)
4TH GM PLUS / UNDER........39 - 0 (0 PENDING) (+39.00)

SERIES TOTALS..................176 - 3

UNIT TOTALS ... 176.00 - 165.40 = +10.60

SERIES TOTALS FOR FULL GAMES ONLY: RECORD 86 - 1

Comments: One tough night on Jan 5 prevented a big season but satisfied with the comeback to end the season with plus units.

NBA ROAD SYSTEM / ADJUSTMENTS CONSIDERED FOR NEXT SEASON (08-09)......

Although I never had a losing season with halves/ats, I am considering not to play halves for next season (2008-09). The reason:It is just too time consuming!!!

PLAN: FULL GAMES ONLY...Use multiple books and reduce the size of units to give you more plays without adding additional risk. I will add additional system plays to offset the reduce units to give the SAME potential winnings.
---------------------------

Currently I am working on the B2B AND 4TH GAME PLUS SCHEDULES FOR THE 2008-09. I will post if interested.

THE PLAN (MAIN):
1. B2B (ATS) HOME
2.B2B (UNDER)
3. 4TH GM PLUS (UNDER)

OPTIONAL:
1.B2B (ATS) VISITING
2.B2B (OVER)
3. 4TH GM PLUS (ATS) HOME
4. 4TH GM PLUS (ATS) VISITING
5. 4TH GM PLUS (OVER)

THE PROPOSED PLAN WOULD GIVE AN EXTRA PLAY (7) WITH LESS RISK AT (6) WITH THE OLD PLAN. LAST SEASON THE RECORD WOULD HAVE BEEN 244-O WITH THE PROPOSED PLAN.

IF INTERESTED, MORE DETAILS LATER. I AM RUNNING LATE THIS SEASON WITH SCHEDULES BUT I WILL TRY TO HAVE IT BY THE BEGINNING OF THE REGULAR SEASON.

THANKS!
