--again no econ genius--but from common sense arena--fail to comprehend how things like increasing unemployment to 2 years will have positive effect on people going back to work.

Okay, doggie, here's a reasonable question, in two parts -
(A). Who ever claimed that increasing unemployment payments to two years would have a positive effect on people going back to work? Show us where/when/and by whom that was said.
(B.) If people are holding off going back to work because they collect unemployment, where are the available jobs going unfilled which people could be working? Tell us, which employers are unable to hire workers? What are their names, and how many of what jobs are they unable to fill?
I won't hold my breath.
