Stolen Car

Was in KC for some gambling and the Chiefs game but had my car stolen and eveything in it Friday night. :cursin:

Got the car back today but my cash that I stashed
in the trunk is gone. :sadwave:

I would have felt better if I lost it gambling.

The police said they don't have the hours to put it to the case to find my missing items. :moon:

Does anyone know if I can get my cash back from any of my insurance companies ? :help:

Vinnie, can't help you with your question, but out of curiousity, what part of town were you in when you got your car stolen. I had one stolen down in the Westport area about 12 years ago. 85 IROC Z28 and they ran the schit out of it before someone saw them and they took off.

Was staying at the plaza got it stolen from a gas station a few blocks away. :cursin:

Your homeowners insurance should have some coverage for stolen cash (even if it was from your car) but there is usually a limit of around $200.

Get the police report number. You can write the loss off when you do your income taxes.
