Overall a very good tournament.........
so far........I have not played more than 3 games per day and the selectivity has paid off.
It's more common for me, it seems, to lose the plays and win the leans that I dont play. Not so this year with the help of many here.
Soooooooooooo....Now that I'm feeling pretty good I'm going to step up a bit!

.......Seriously....Both teams a little down right now and the gruelling pace of tournaments will start to take its toll........combined, these teams have lost 7 straight ATS. Numbers indicate that this should go to the wire. i believe that the upperclass leadership and tournament experience will carry MD today... pulling away late.
D.West 12 pts in each of last 2 and Xavier has lost the second half in each of its last 3 games. Gotta like the chances of Md with perimeter shooters like Blake and Nicholas........MD -2
Like the G-Man I also like .................BUTLER +7.5
Off that big W over Miss St. this team will come out believers today.........AND............CONTROL tempo!!!!!!!!!!!!
they give up 60 ppg. and just held Miss ST to 46........

Pittsburgh -6,5........ Big east is unbeaten in the tournament so far and that will not change today. Pitt is GOOD ....Real GOOD
problem is that they are not flashy........They are one of the best coached teams in the Big east.....shoot 50% hold the opposition to under 40%......they do not make too many mistakes....they are Big,tough, and they just slowly pull away.........6.5 is very doable

Syracuse -2.5..........Carmelo Anthony will control this game. He will not wait to take it to the hole like he did in last game in second half... Cuse D is as good as OK ST and Offense is better..
Simple as that. Both D the opp...fg% to 39% and Cuse4 Ds the 3 better. CA will open up the opportunities for the supporting cast early.......................Syracuse -2.5
