thanks for the good words. actually caught about 2/3rds of the game in person. you want to talk about extremely aggressive, hard-nosed, physical basketball -- that game was it. sometimes you look at a final score and say "shit-- 56-52, both teams stink and cant shoot". not the case here. both teams were really getting after it defensively and there were VERY few clean looks. montgomery got a couple of 'em for bg and he knocked em down. in that gym, bowling green can compete with anyone.

that spread-improvement from bowling green is no coincidence. they are extremely well coached. dakich is a former bobby knight assistant and he is a take-no-bullshit kind of coach and he wasnt going to stand for that garbage effort bgsu had two weeks ago. his teams always get better as the season progresses (a la charlie coles' teams at miami,o.). they played with a ton of energy tonight
