I'm looking for today's game between the Mariners and Blue Jays to go OVER the posted price. After Saturday's 7-6 extra inning victory by Toronto, these two clubs have topped the posted total in 11 of their last 15 meetings at the Rogers Centre.

And this one will, too, as Saturday's 14-inning affair put an extra strain on these bullpens. Toronto used nine pitchers yesterday while the Mariners utilized six. And neither of today's starters has shown this year they have the ability to go deep into the game.

Seattle's Felix Hernandez has produced just five quality starts in 17 efforts this year and just six of his 17 trips to the hill have stayed under the total. In nine road starts, he has a bloated 5.74 ERA and he should be hit hard by this Blue Jay club that is batting .297 at home this year.

Toronto's A.J. Burnett has a 7.84 ERA in his last two starts, both of which went over in losses to the Phillies and Royals. Burnett has averaged just 6 1/3 innings per start in his 137 Major League starts and he'll be hard-pressed to last that long today.

Seattle hits better on the road (.279) than at home and the M's will score their share in this one. So will Toronto, which has gone over the posted price in four of its last five overall. This total is too low and this one's going over, as well.
