I like the Rice play, RexBudler. Hopefully not jinxing you, but gonna tail you on this one.

Hawaii didn't have an answer for Michael Harris last time these two played and I don't think they found one since. Although Hawaii seems to play tough on the road, I think 4' is a fair number for Rice to cover at home. I'm hoping Brock Gillespie doesn't play selfish ball and instead keep feeding Harris inside. I think the Rice guard cost his team the win @ Hawaii with his stupid plays late in the game last time these teams met. GL to us.

While Wiley Rileys Hawaii kids look back on a season in which they have suffered narrow road losses by 1, 3, 1, 4, 1 and 6 points prior to this trip, rationalize that they could be leading the WAC instead of near the back of the pack, and see that they must win the conference tournament to get to the NCAAs, they will come to realize that this game doesn't mean much. Meanwhile, all the bettors who count road margins and expect them to blindly continue will be taking points with Hawaii, expecting their streak of narrow defeats to continue, when really the team has been walking a plank that is due to run out of wood in their third extended trip to the mainland within 40 days. A scheduled start time of 9:05 AM, Island Time, does them no favors
