Suffering a 3 day losing streak, maybe today will turn around. Ended the day on a bad note, terrible pick on Rocks under, and the Rocks loaded the bases late in the 7th with Helton at bats, no out, but only managed 1 run and lost by 1. A 3 run dinger by Jones was the difference in the Marlins game.:(

Yesterday 4-6 -252.5
Season 72-74 -359.5

O's/DRays Over9.5x2 (Ponson/James)
Both bullpens have been overworked lately. Ponson has given up 4, 6, 4ER in his 1st 3 outings. James has a good low to mid 90 fastball but little else to keep in the strike zone. O's will be sitting on his fastball all day, while Ponson should get knocked around a bit too.

Marlins+175x2 (Olsen/Glavine)
Marlins the only team besides the Dodgers who Glavine has a sub .500 record against. Marlins team avg over .300 vs Glavine and Braves bats still not doing jack. If Olsen can hold the Braves to 3, 4 runs, this could be a nice doggy winner.

BlueJays+210 x1.5 (Carpenter/Clemens)
Clemens typically a slow starter, barely over .500 in April and May last 2 yrs. Yanks lost 3 of his 4 starts this year. Toronto stole one yesterday, should be pumped to steal this series away.

Good Luck!!

TJ, anything to snap this losing streak, man. Good to see you, good luck today.:D :thefinger :D

LA/SD Under8.5x3 (Ashby/Tomko)
Ashby has pitched well coming back from Tommy John Sx, got rocked last outing but I'm letting that go since it was at Coors. Tomko has pitched very well also, coming back from AL. SD offense is just aweful right now, and the Dodgers aren't doing much, either, but executing the little things to nibble away, then relying on the outstanding bullpen work to get W's. Gagne has been unbelievable.

Cinci+165x2 (Rijo/Cruz)
To say Rijo is excited about this start is an understatement, and he doesn't have the pressure of getting his 1st start in front of the home crowd. Cruz has been great statistically, but gets shaken easily and tires out fast (reported to camp 25 lbs under his wt from last year). Cubbies offensive offense hasn't shown any signs of life. Sosa seems to be pressing a bit, trying to carry the offensive load by himself and taking huge cuts at pitches and missing.

Cards-130 x2 (Smith/Farverneugenbauer)
Smith far from being an ace, and Brewers are flying high. But having a lefty on the mound just might be enough to throw the Brewers bats back down to earth.

GOOD LUCK TODAY!!

Thanks, TTM$. The reason I took Detroit was because the massive shift my local gave me at +200. WhiteSox was the right play, but we've seen so many big favs fall early in the season and rocking my bankroll, I've decided to pull a MadJack and lay off of the big favs.

100 bucks is nothing to me, but 40 big ones are a big deal no matter who the hell you are. Just hate to see a good guy get beat, that's all. :D Hope you didn't blow it all on chicks and liquor last nite, although that's not a bad way to do it.:D

GOOD LUCK buddy!!

Pitt+135 x1.5 (Wells/Duckworth)
Wells was once #1 prospect of the Pale Horse, dubbed the next Roger Clemens (I know, he's far farm it so far). But that's how much they liked his potential. His problem is that he did great as middle relief because he goes right at hitters where as a starter he tends to play it safe and not challenge them. I liked the last outing he had, albeit vs then-lowly Brewers. But that win just might be enough of a confidence boost for him to have an encore. This Pitt team just looks like last yr's Minny team, doing all the right things to stay in the game and take W's from one team to the next.

That's it!!......I think :D GOOD LUCK!!

My local put out Mets-140 for whatever reason. So I bit for 1.5 units. Maybe he knows somthing I don't. The best I can find online is -155.

A's/Halos Over9 x4 (Sele/Lidle)
Ana bats coming alive. A's very patient at the plate should give Sele fits. Should be plenty of runs scored in this one. 1st 4 unit play of the year.

GOOD LUCK!!
