NYM -116 Mets are an absolute mess. can't hit, field, or certainly pitch. today is their one legitimate shot at a win. pedro needs to go 7 or forget about it. trying to gather any kind of momentum for a home opener. i personally think they aren't a good team and nowhere near as good as everyone touting them preseason. with that said, i'll bite at one of the lower prices you can get pedro at in recent years. smoltz still hasn't proven he can go over 6 innings in a game.
FLA -1.5 +115 I'd be surprised if Patterson made it to the 5th inning in this one. As long as 6 finger doesn't have to touch the ball in the pen, should be good. Beckett should continue to shine.
MIL +140. Cubs are good right now in one spot only. ON PAPER. Nice game by Zambrano yesterday, but they've only won games where hes' started. Maddux notorious slow starter to season. Santos has really dominated these Cubs hitters. Maddux has been touched up by the brew crew bats.
SEA -120 This will complete the day with my 3rd garbage team. 3 of my teams today are garbage and im asking them to perform. hope i don't get bit. Drese should get rocked on this road start and both bullpens are a mess, albeit Texas's is in a worse state.
