atlanta outgained and out t.o.p`ed by significant amounts....can`t score on a 1st and goal from the oakland 2(after a palmer fumble recovery)....get an 80-ish yard int. for a t.d.......and can`t hold oakland out of the endzone in the final 2 minutes to preserve what should have been a win based on the int for a t.d.....
yet they still get the outright win covering (i`m guessing) easily hundreds of thousands of teasers for bettors who thought a win should be a foregone conclusion( based on homefield and every conceivable stat and trend)......
the nfl is torture...not college hoops bamboo under the fingernails torture...but torture just the same.....
everybody that got their teasers home based on that atlanta win should feel greasier than bernie madoff...
