Think we all are leaning Michigan St's way. Then I ask myself wtf is the line so low??! Came up with this:

I am a Purdue alumni, so this is a little hard to type.

This young Indiana team has the potential to be a good team with some more playing time together. The freshman point gd Vaden is going to be something special. The team plays fearlessly and have heart. They have big men inside, decent guards outside who can shoot 3's (at times). Big Ten home teams also play tougher than their W-L record would indicate. Other than that, I can't think of anything else. LOL

What does it mean when Pinnacle drops their line on Mich St. to -3.5 -132!! :mj03:

Are they taking a stand here? I have heard unconfirmed rumors that they sometimes take a stand on a game and do stuff like this hoping for more action on one side.

Loverboy, fellow Boilermaker fan here. I have to disagree with one of your statments here. IU only has one big man that is worth a damn. DJ White is a nice player. Outside of that nothing. Ewing sucks and Kline has never been the same since his injury last season. Roberts off the bench couldn't even get playing time if he was at Purdue. They live and die by the 3. As far as Vaden. I hope he never amounts to a damn. Damn trader commited to Purdue the backed out. Screw him. Good Luck and Go Mich. St. POTFH

Hi there boilermaker. I never knew Vaden committed to Purdue. Damn, that sucks. He would have been nice to have at Mackey. I don't hate. If he's good, he's good. Not much you can do about him backing out. But that was a shitty move on his part to back out after committing.

As for IU's big men...you're right, only DJ White is worth a damn. For some reason, I'm thinking of that big dude Sims on Michigan. Think he's got potential. I thought he was with IU. Mental blur. My bad.
