Kind of a light showing for Saturday's selections :shrug: Think some of the guys are really getting frustrated with all the late inning folds :cursin: Hang in there guys...contest is still wide open in search of May's King of the Dogs. Nine more days to go with two more POL's out there for some of you. A couple three unit wins could vault someone right to the top :SIB

On a good note we did win our second consecutive Dog of the Day with the Rangers after the Mets won our concensus on Friday. Overall "DoD" stands at 9-8. That's a nice record for doggies (I'm considering looking up how much we're ahead but holding off for now)

Maybe some of these dang dogs will bite today and hold on like a pitbull. We can still dream ;)

Trollin, does the competition end at the end of May? Would love to see it go on as long as possible, but I understand it must be very time consuming... :mj16:

Thor.....There will be a "King of the Dogs" crowned each month during the season :) This should keep enough of us interested in a little friendly competition throughout the season. Some get quite discouraged early on and stay away thinking they don't have a chance when they get down (or in my case save embarrassment ;)) I'm hoping we can bring more in each month by starting anew at the beginning of each month. I will, however, need someone to at least start the threads each day for two weeks at the beginning of July and August as I will be north of the border fishing and guiding. If someone wants to do the stats while I'm gone that would be fine, or I can do them when I get back.

Although no prizes are in order other than the distinction of all your peers knowing of your gifted attributes, I think it only fitting that at anytime during his reign as champion that you enter a thread started by the "superior one" that you honor his wisdom with a genuflect :hail :SIB

Speaking of borders, while you're on your 5 week hiatus could you please see if you can find any pitching prospects down there. We need CLOSERS!!! :mj07: (have a great time)

trolli u r so right about that...i decided to NOT POST DOGS ON IL GAMES as i REALLY PLAY WHAT I POST and have done bad with these turnarounds...i will just watch what happens...an stick to my chalks.
