NCSU +4.5 (-102)...of recent times we have owned the Noles...this Noles team is new and better this year, but at this moment the Pack is playing some good ball...they should be in the game throughout (sure hope so):nono:

UNC -4.5 (-103)....loss to WF in last ACC game was a stinger for the Heels...This GT is for real, but you will see the full arsenal of Carolina today....they should win and cover this game

Uva +11.5 (-105)...Duke has been playing damn good lately, but to go into hostile ACC territory is not what this team needs at this moment...Uva is a tough team that rises to the level of the opposition...will play inspired ball and keep this under the number!!

toy,
Best of luck with your picks, like them all except I am leaning towards Duke. They are just playing so well... but you are right... ACC it's tough to win, especially win big on the road. The thing that troubles me is that we usually have major problems beating UVA at their place. BUT... Duke hasn't been playing this well any of the past four years we have gone to UVA. I think I will play Duke small and also in a teaser (with UNC or State most likely). The problem betting against Duke is that they have so much talent that teams just can't keep up when Duke goes on an offensive run. K knows Duke tends to struggle against UVA at their place and I think he will have them ready for the game. Clemson was another place Duke has consistently had trouble at the past few years, almost never covering. This year, they coasted and covered the line rather easily. UVA right now is the second worst team in the ACC behind Clemson. Look for J.J. Redick to torch the nets, his shot is falling now and he needs one more free throw to break the ACC record for consecutive free throws. He is only a sophomore! Good luck tomorrow against the Noles, State is playing great ball. Ilian Evtimov is one of my favorite players in the country.

I like the Wolfpack myself today. Leon County CC is one place we definitely always seem to play well. I just think our offense may frustrate FSU into too many bad shots and as undisciplined as they are on D, some nice backdoors should open up.

After seeing UGA get demolished at home by South Carolina a week after GT lost down there, I think the Jackets will show that they are Top 25 at best. Carolina by 12+.

I'm inclined to never bet against Duke. They really are hitting on all cylinders right now and I just think UVA is horrible! I think Duke - points in 1st half would be a safe play.

Good luck and Go Pack!

I'm on the Pack and they need to win this one because this will probably be one of few away games we have a good chance to win. I think Duke, UNC, Wake and GT will probably be away losers down the road. We should win at Clemson, UVA and FSU. Maryland is a toss up. I think we should be able to go at least .500 this year in the ACC.

DUKE, UNC, Wake and GT = 1-7 or 2-6
Clemson, UVA, FSU = 6-0, 5-1
Maryland = 1-1

I like our chances at home against anybody. It's amazing how much better the team looks when we can hit the open 3, ala BYU. I had gotten kinda numb to hoops early on but I'm excited now to see how the season pans out.

I was at that game too spuds, I was impressed with everything. Charlotte is a good city, young and fun to go out there. Ericsson stadium is pretty nice, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Green Bay win today so i can see one more next weekend.
