Watched the North Texas-Laf game....North Texas is the worst coached team in the country....Laf doubles teams Mitchell..he gets into foul trouble and plays a little more then half the game...
NT has guys shoot from all over....no one underneath..they shoot 19-65... they bring in Stojo,Franklin and Norris off the bench to shoot....1-15.....4 are air balls....Laf gets 45 rebounds and they shoot 2-18 from the 3....of course NT goes 11-24 from the FT line...ugly....Hogans NT's fd goes up 6 times under the basket with no pump fake and gets all 6 blocked from Lafs Coleby...he had 9 blocked shots...not once was their a pump fake. Straight up..blocked...after one or two you have to start thinking....just maybe I'll get this bastard up in the air...the best was Norris gets in the game for NT...as soon as he gets in he shoots a 3 from 2 feet beyond the NBA 3 line...thank god he was yanked out but before he took another wild shot....
Ugly game....great capping job on my part taking my alma mater...NT will not go far in the tourney...everyone will put 2 guys on Mitchell...
my other great pick San Diego St -Air force....AF coached already got fired....Aztecs out rebound AF 47-24 with 16 offensive bds...they shoot 3-16 from the 3...AF shoots 8-26....and still beats them by 2...their isn't one AF player that could start for SD....sorry about the venting....Marist and Nevada both won...but what a long day....
