I Ain't from Texas any way originally from Chicago moved down with the job...but once in a while I like to use up-err and yawl just to remind myself where i am at and instead of W being double u its dubya always got a kick out of that. Anyway the Stars have been tough to get a handle on all year with the unsteadiness of Belfour in net and the lack of a home identity, being better on the road and all, I think that the team will have to make a choice to either go south and play to get out next year or try to turn to veteran leadership which they are heavy in. Even though I firmly believe that Hatcher is the WORST captain in hockey. I don't know I mean this i the time that teams have to start thinking about positioning and they have to win winable games and this is one of em up-err in Minny. LOL FDC

hey man, I would have replied earlier but I was on another pc and I didn't know my password!

anyways, yeah the Horns b-ball team looked very impressive and I'm actually thinking they might be better w/out Owens in the lineup. :shrug: Ladies are looking good also after upsetting the Techies at the FEC.

I don't know if you know this yet but they just got a committment from the #1 high school football player in the nation! Yes, Vincent Young verballed to them today and damn it feels good to be a Horn and the future is very bright!

yea I may have exaggerated a touch but that is only for the comedic effect.....LOL....Austin is a much better area though, has trees and stuff, and restaurants other that Taco Bell. Taco Cabana, Panchos Mexican buffet, Taco Bueno adn all the other five stars we got up ere Its fun, always good for a laugh, just wish the bars stayed open later. Hey have you seen Russell Crowes band down there yet? ...LOL

I haven't seen Crowe's band but I hear he draws a big crowd whenever he comes, mostly groupies and the sorts. He plays at a barbeque joint downtown called Stubb's.

love Austin, you are right, after growing up in the metroplex, i wouldnt live anywhere else in Texas but here..

and doubly agree with ya on Hatcher, time for him to go as well...

congrats on your win, Modano is simply on fire right now, just dont think they have the wingers to contend with the big boys right now..nor the consistency on D and in net..we shall see, they have been beating the teams they are supposed to lately..

and Felonius, I am sure we will talk some more about the big game tonight in Lubbock, later off to hit the hay!
