Kelvim Escobar, who will be moved into the starting rotation later this month, was supposed to follow starter Doug Davis with a 40-pitch outing but was held back a day because of some stiffness in his shoulder. Instead, he will follow Mark Hendrickson on Sunday.

The Reds are struggling to find healthy starters. RHP Chris Reitsma was scratched from his scheduled start Sunday with biceps tendinitis. Ryan Dempster will make that start on three days' rest, but Cincinnati still doesn't know who will start Monday when the Reds return home to begin a four-game series against St. Louis.
