while looking for value in dogs, i did spot kc's notable difference in batting averages against lefties and decided to skip it. sure is a great spot, perhaps the best bet for chalk players.
yesterday we had an instance where a pitcher gets taken out of a game with stitches in his hand. what the outcome had been if he had stayed in nobody knows, but i handicapped against that pitcher and ended up with the loss. similar things can happen the opposite way, that's why going super big on any one game may be harmful to your pocketbook. you just never know what may develop. it has happened with pedro and others, where the favorite team ended up with the loss, whereas the pitcher had a no-decision.
still, it is indeed a great spot, and i'm sure fletcher will be on it as well.
