Kansas City area for who knows how long....
under 8 Colo/Det -104
under 9 LA/Cle -115
Anaheim -1.5 -110
under 8 AT/Seatt +105

Hoping Jennings pitches a fine one (earned runs last 4 starts: 0, 2, 3, 2, 3---and those ain't against Detroit!). If Jennings is sharp, we know Knotts will go toe-to-toe with him. Hasn't failed yet, he loves pitchers duels.

Anaheim should be playing with some urgency in that tough division. Washy fine of late, always good in interleague, and off a loss---so should be even better.

5pm PST start at Safeco with these fine pitchers. Batters hate the shadows you get at this time in eve. Take the under first 1/2 if you got a book that offers it!

I mentioned last few days that Helling, Hendrickson, Harang, and Moss pitching to keep spot in rotation (and someone else I forgot). All teams won behind them and I didn't take any of 'em! Anybody know of anymore pitchers under the gun?

I did mention Weaver was, and went against him as I noted that he doesn't repond to pressure well.

0-3 yesterday! up and down in this interleague...

that makes it +9.65 units overall (flat betting) 142-127-3

plays look good tr; i also like the atl/sea under. fwiw, hp ump wendelstedt has been especially kind to righthanders this year, 1-7-1 to the under, averaging 6.89 rpg.

Braves under notes

Braves under notes

The Braves usually start light-hitting catcher Henry Blanco when Maddux starts. Javy Lopez has been on fire but probably won't play today.

Braves Chipper Jones & Rafael Furcal will be in the lineup but are both playing with injuries.

Greg Maddux has pitched strong in his last 4 starts and has good numbers vs some of the Mariners hitters.

Bret Boone .212
Mark McLemore .143
John Olerud .176
Jeff Cerillio .217

Seattle has been cool with the bats recently only hitting 2 HR's the last 7 games.

Hunter Wendelstedt 60% unders this season.
