Panthers (ML) over Giants
Fox and the panthers defense will force eli to beat them, the defense will focus on Tiki Barber. Eli will be under big-time pressure and I'm sure the O-line will struggle with the fast strong panthers line. NYG has lost some key players at LB and in the secondary. Carolina will be able to move the ball on NYG all day. They have the running game and the passing game which will force the giants to pick their poison. Foster has come to play of late and IMO the giants do NOT have a player that can stay on Smith! Steve smith should have a huge day because the only way they cover him is if the double cover and then he frees up Colbert or Prohl. The panthers have the edge in the trenches and they should control the line of scrimmage all day. Stranhan and Uminora at bookend are tough and they will get to Delohme but that will set up plays into the middle and without pierce there is a hole there. PLAYACTION will be huge today for both teams. Plaxaco and Shockey will have to have big games but the Panthers get too much pressure on Eli and Carolina's defense and running game get my $$. Should be a big game and the NY fans will be going crazy, the panthers have to get out on them and take the crowd out of the game.

Agree 100% -- Fox knows this team well and is not going to let Barber beat them. Again the experience factor looms large for me, even if it's a road game.

Steelers (-3) over Cincy
Home dog in the playoffs? Thats a little scary but still this steelers team has beaten Cincy once this season in the jungle. The last game these two played was marred with turnovers something that will not hurt Pitt today. I don't like putting my $$ with big ben but he isn't going to carry the load, the bus will push the pile forward on almost every carry and he should keep the drives going. The Cincy WR are better than the Pitt CB but the different looks that Pitt uses to conceal coverage is a big key. I am not sold on Cincy defense, they have had about 4 HUGE games that results in about 90% of their turnovers, all in all they normally have to outscore opponents. Plus Pitt walks into the playoffs fired up and look good of late, while Cincy rested starters and played a little semi inspired but IMO they have a hard time tuning the switch back on. Should be a great game but the Pitt defense and running game get my $$. Plus these teams know each other very well and I like the defense to surprise an offense and Blitzburg does that today.

Small play
Pitt/Cincy UNDER (47)

Like the Skins already next week to rebound from such a poor offensive display. Everyone is talking about the effort but remember it was against the #1 overall defense in their own house.
