The Breakdown:

1) Mavs - Kings
Arco Arena in Sacramento has always been a tough place for visiting teams to play. In their last ten home games, the Kings have won by an average of 20.3 ppg. The Mavs are 4-7-3 ATS in b-b games and 2-3 ATS in b-b games vs teams with a winning percentage. With the Mavericks shortened bench (Harris & Van Horn are out, Howard & Griffin are questionable), I look for them to struggle even more. It was an emotional game for the Mavs last night, beating a team that beat them earlier in the season, and they had to travel from high altitude to the pacific time zone and their energy should deplete before the end of the game.

PLAY: KINGS -2.5

2) Sixers - Grizz
Average score last 5 meetings: 177 ppg
The Grizzlies have been scoring more points recently on their road trip, but now that they are back home, they should recover their defensive identity. The last time these two teams met in January of this year, they scored 176 points in OVERTIME!! Besides this meeting, 4 out of 5 of their last meeting have gone under.

PLAY: SIXERS/GRIZZLIES UNDER 193

3) Pacers - Raptors

The Pacers are 5-5 SU in their last ten games and as we near the final month of the regular season, they need to close out this road trip with a win and start building on a winning streak. The Pacers are only 3 games behind the Cavs for the 4th spot in the east, and being a veteran playoff team, the Pacers know the importance of home court advantage in the playoffs. The Pacers are 10-5-2 ATS away & 6-1 ATS away in their last 7 away games. Pacers are ranked at #6 right now in power rankings and the Raptors are 1-13 SU against the leagues top 8 teams. The Raptors played the Nuggets on Friday who were in a b-b game with no Camby, Martin, and no Anthony for the second half and still could not pull out the W. The Pacers need to take advantage of this matchup today.

PLAY: PACERS -2

4) Nets - Hornets

All right Hornets. Time to play ball. I have a lot of respect for Bryon Scott and I think he takes particular pride in coaching against the Nets after being dismissed there a few years ago. He has a great ability to turn bad teams into good ones. The Nets are 1-5 SU in their last 5 games and that only win was in overtime vs the Raptors. They played no teams with a winning record in these 5 games and lost to the most worthy opponent ? the Kings ? by 25 points at home (and the Kings were on a b-b game). The Nets will be rusty after four days off to think about their recent struggles.

The Hornets also have not faired well recently, putting up 5 straight losses. I think it is time for a win. Their opposition has been more formidable than the Nets last 5. They have played 4 playoff bound teams with winning records. The Hornets will rebound today and put together a solid four quarters. Look for CP3 to have a bigger game than he did last time against the Nets.

PLAY: HORNETS -1.5
