interesting stats for future reference:
Fox Mulder career vs the Yankees:
W-L: 0-3
ERA: 14.66
G: 3
IP: 11.2
H: 29
ER: 19
BB: 5
SO: 8
DOC Halliday's career record vs ANAHEIM:
W-L: 1-1
ERA: 21.13
G: 2
IP: 7.2
H: 20
ER: 18
BB: 5
SO: 5
now, the only thing i see wrong with this record is that that was the "OLD" Halliday stats...what most people don't know is that he's changed his pitching style and his release point and the way he throws over the top now...these stats are misleading. Halliday is a better pitcher now than he was in the past...if you've been following his ERA...when he came back from the minors, his ERA was around 9.00, now look at it..with about 6 good starts it is down to around 4.24 and he's solidified himself in the everyday JAYS rotation. Granted, i used to hate this kid...and even Carpenter..but i guess these are the growing pains that most rookie pitchers go through..except for Seattle's Joel Pineiro...
Sturtze's career vs MINNY:
