Pretty slim pickin's for Sunday. I'd 'cap the remaining games but I'm not sure of the matchups and I'm looking to take it easy on the baseball anyway. Hopefully there'll be some good plays for the playoffs, but I don't think that I'm looking to do anything except maybe to try the Jays; I've already got them on a couple of parlays so I may leave it at that and surrender no plays for Sunday. Time will tell.

I made it. Regular season is down, at least. Was quite a run.

Thanks a lot, all.
Had lots of good runs in there but this past week has been a total joke; Jays was my only play for Sunday and I get Burnett on his worst start of the season...shoulda figured after the way a few other studs finished the season so weak (Billinglsey, Wainwright and Gallardo come quickly to mind).

Looking for improvement come playoff time.

Could start early if the Rockies can win this afternoon. Not sure who would start for the Rockies but I assume that Peavy would go for the Padres and don't think I can bet against him for the duration of the season...whether it's the Yankees or whoever.

Again, thanks for the kind words.

Looks like it might have to be Josh Fogg throwing the Rockies on Monday in the playoff.
Peavy for the Padres; he's been great in 2 vs the Rockies this season buy neither at Coors; his numbers at Coors are mediocre for his career.
I'd have to back Peavy, I think, but I might pass at worse than -140 to -150.

Can't wait for the game.

Peavy listed at -150 for opening number. Tough to not like Peavy, but Rockies have won 13 of 14 games and Coors will be rocking. Fogg has pitched great his past 2 starts, but Peavy is 10-1 on the road this season.

Wow, the Padres went from -150 to -140... I'm shocked so few people like Peavy.

Is this sharp money backing the Rockies? Or were the oddsmakers trying to make an early correction?
