The 49ers travel to Baltimore Sunday with their playoff hopes on the brink of extinction. Nothing I like more than a talented Dog playing with desperation. Throw in the fact that the Ravens will be a little Hung over after their miraculous win in OT last week. The Ravens and Anthony Wright will also be palying a team who can play a little defense. In the offseason I make pointspreads for the entire nfl season in advance. The line I hung for this one was SanFran -4. Now surely the Ravens have gotten to where they are way ahead of schedule in my opinion, but that gives me 7 points of value as they are giving a more talented team who happens to be desperate 3 points!!! I love this game.
The 49ers will be able to cover the Ravens recievers and still put a nice run stop package together to at least contail Jamal a little and force the Ravens and Anthony Wright into some 3rd and long situations. I for one do not think Wright can string two good error free games in a row together. I look for an inspired effort out the 49ers with Garcia playing for his future or Rattay off the bench if they need a spark. 49ers should win outright but I'm actually going to buy the hook to ensure I don't push. I need to start lining my pockets as the Playoffs near, No time for pushes.

49ers +3.5 (-120)
Risking 1200 to win the Dime

I got two more to follow that I will have before the night is out.

After an inspired effort against Dallas New England was a little flat out of the gate against Houston, and needed all they had to steal a win in Ot. Well you know what they say.. No rest for the weary. Now they have to travel to Indy to play the Colts in doors.
Both teams could be looking ahead, but I have to believe Dungy has to feel that this is a better spot to have his team fired up for their A game at home, as opposed to next week at Tennassee.
The Pats have been doing it with mirrors and overachieving all season long and I think they are primed for a BOUNCE game in this spot against the Colts. The Colts should be able to hit for a few big plays with Harrison and Wayne, and the run blocking for James has been fabulous. I think the ot win and the road game in the dome factored in with the Pats looking forward to the fish at home next week will do them in

Colts -3 (-140) Bought the full point.

I think Mike Holmgren may have gotten the Seahags attention on the flight home from Baltimore and in the week of practice since. I look for the hags to get back to basics and pound Shaun Alexander Left right and uo the middle until either he quits or The Browns do. That said if you Think i'm laying the 5,5 on a team coming off a humiliating ot loss and cross country trip you are nuts. That is why they invented moneylines.
Seahags -225
risk 1125 to win 500:eek:

gl, lester. i think the pub will be on manning, but that may be because i live in tn and he is a fav down here. do agree on the pats as they are not that great and they are inj at rec anyway. the niners should be fine, but they struggle on the road ? do like them with the points. last weeks game was stolen from me as i had the seahags +3. again, gl.
