The numbers I see are 10 - 5 for the over between these two teams since 1997.

Additionally:
Johnson's last 5 starts AWAY have played OVER

Randazzo is 10 - 5 to the OVER when the total is set at 9.5

Personally, I think the Braves get the OVER all by themselves.
