\ Miami has allowed more than 24 points once this season. Seattle is 15-57 ATS as home chalk when it does not score 25 points, including 2-17 ATS when favored by seven or more points.

Good D guy like Jeff Fisher of Tennessee knows how to
limit the production of an opposing QB that
lacks experience like Jacksonville's #2
man David Garrard, starting for the injured
Byron Leftwich. Any coach would, really,
and that's why the Bears' offense scored
only three points last week against Tennessee
last Sunday.

Titans lost that game because their own #2
QB stunk it up. But Steve McNair is scheduled
to return for this in-season revenge game.
Tennessee is desperate. Along with McNair's
return comes the return of TE Erron McKinney,
whose presence adds versatility to the Tennessee
offense

SAN FRANCISCO at TAMPA BAY
San Francisco, 1-8 SU and 4-5 ATS, did not cover in last week?s eight-point setback to visiting Carolina. The 49ers, who have covered just twice in their last seven games, are 7-14-1 versus the number in their last 22 games in the Eastern Time Zone. They?re also only 10-20-2 against the spread in their last 32 as a road dog.
Tampa Bay fell to 3-6 SU and 3-5-1 ATS after not covering in a 10-point loss at Atlanta last Sunday. The Buccaneers, who have covered 20 of their last 27 at home off a double-digit loss, are 11-3 against the number in their last 14 as a non-division home chalk of six or more.
Totals Tip: Tampa Bay has stayed under in 10 of its last 13 home games.
ATS ADVANTAGE: TAMPA BAY

SAN DIEGO at OAKLAND
San Diego, which has covered in six straight, was idle last week. The Chargers, 6-3 SU and 7-1-1 ATS, whipped the visiting Raiders 42-14 three weeks ago. They?ve covered six of their last eight trips to Oakland, but this is the first time in 23 years that they will be laying points in Oakland. Still, they?ve covered 11 of their last 15 as a road chalk and three of their last four off a bye.
Oakland, 3-6 SU and ATS, was also off last week. The Raiders, who have a minus-15 turnover margin this season, have failed to cover in three straight division games when playing with revenge. Overall, Oakland is on a spread slide of 6-19-1.
Totals Tip: San Diego has sailed over in 18 of its last 27 games while the Raiders have played over the total in six of nine this season.
ATS ADVANTAGE: SAN DIEGO

Buffalo dropped to 3-6 SU and 5-4 ATS following last Sunday night?s 29-6 loss at New England. The Bills have covered nine straight after facing the Patriots and are 19-10 against the number in their last 29 non-conference home games. Green Bay, 5-4 SU and 4-5 ATS, did not cover as a 4?-point favorite in last week?s 34-31 win over visiting Minnesota. The Packers, who have won four straight on the scoreboard, have covered six of their last eight as a non-conference chalk. They?ve also scored the spread win in six of their last eight as a non-division road favorite.
Houston fell to 4-5 SU/ATS following its 35-point loss at Indianapolis a week ago. The Texans, who have covered eight of their last dozen home games, are on a spread run of 6-0 after back-to-back straight-up losses. They?ve also covered five of their last six November home games.
Totals Tip: Houston has sailed over in three of four home games this year, while the Packers have gone over the posted price in each of their last five games.
