Im a little afraid of the Eagles this week Raymond, but Mcnabb seems to have a great handle on Andy Reids pass happy offense this season. the eagls have a tendancy when playing well to go on the road once a year and lay an egg. I dont like the game but even if the Birds dont play well they can still cover that 3 pts. Best of Luck

These two teams don't play every year, but they have topped the total in their last three meetings and this one will, too. Pittsburgh is on an 'Over' run of 31-9-1 in its last 41 home games. They've failed to stay under in a dozen straight (11-0-1) home games and this one won't either. The defending champs will be hurt today as emotional leader LB Joey Porter is out and CB Deshea Townsend is questionable (both with hamstring problems). Pittsburgh was already ailing at the linebacker and cornerback spots and I expect KC to be able to move the football behind the legs of Larry Johnson and the smart throws of QB Damon Huard (3-0 SU as a starter). He's completed 70 percent of his throws this year and is playing excellent football.

Ben Roethlisberger has not looked crisp (understandably) this year, but I expect him to have a solid game today. KC has played better than expected defensively this year, but that's been against teams like San Fran and Arizona, both with young quarterbacks. This is their second straight road game and this is Pittsburgh's only home game of the month. After a lackluster performance last week at San Diego, I expect the Pittsburgh offensive attack to get geared up early and often today at home. This total is too low and this one's going over.

Sexlexia...
The stupid part is that I am actually surprised...

I guess we'll just chalk last week's melodrama down to a nice little diversion then. Isn't that how it works?

(Just for the record the 'main' play is currently Philli -3...but be sure to continue to pop in over the next 36 hours...)

The Saints had their game of the year. That came back in Week 3 on Monday night at home in front of a national audience. Nobody was going to beat the Saints that night in their return to the Louisiana Superdome. This is just a regular game. No huge fanfare here. Just the hottest quarterback in the NFL, Donovan McNabb, facing a New Orleans secondary composed of inexperienced safeties and slow cornerbacks. The Saints have overachieved winning four of five games, which also is their record against the spread. Full credit to first-year head man Sean Payton. But the Saints aren?t going to keep up this pace. They?re just not that good. You could see it last week when the winless Buccaneers, going with a rookie quarterback making his first start, nearly upset the Saints in the Superdome. Bruce Gradkowski engineered three touchdown drives against the Saints, while throwing for 225 yards. That doesn?t bode well for New Orleans considering McNabb is averaging an NFL-high 320 yards throwing and has 11 touchdown passes. The Eagles? passing attack will be more effective if former Saints wideout Donte Stallworth (check status) can go this week. Reggie Bush scored the winning touchdown for New Orleans last week by returning a punt for a touchdown. Bush, though, actually has been outshined by his rookie teammate, wideout Marques Colston. Bush has rushed for just 170 yards, averaging just 34 yards running a game. He has yet to score a touchdown from the line of scrimmage. Deuce McAllister has been the Saints? main man on the ground. New Orleans? offensive line has played better than expected, but it?s built for a ground attack. If the Saints fall behind, they?re going to have problems because the Eagles have a fierce pass rush and an excellent blitz scheme under long-time defensive coordinator Jim Johnson. This game very well could get on hand. The spread is low. The Saints are improved, but they aren?t at this level.
